REQUIREMENTS FOR STREET INMOVE4ENTS TO
BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE LITTLE ROCK
SCHOOL DISTRICT ON HABELVALE PIKE
BECAUSE SUCH I1+4PROVEI4ENTS ARE INCLUDED
IN THE 1987 BOND ISSUE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the 1987 Bond Issue Project was approved by the
City of Little Rock Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the 1987 Bond Issue provided for, among other
projects, improvements to Mabelvale Pike consistent with the
Master Street Plan; and
SEAS, the Little Rock School District is a public body
engaged in the replacement of temporary school buildings with
permanent structures at the Geyer Springs Elementary School
Campus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That street improvements as required by the
Master Street Plan for Mabelvale Pike adjacent to Geyer Springs
Elementary School Campus be waived.
SECTION 2. That the City of Little Rock will construct said
street improvement to Mabelvale Pike with funds appropriated in
the 1987 Bond Issue.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
