AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5394 - Described as part of Lot 1, Pleasant Hills
Total Living Community to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, as recorded in Plat Book A,
Page 961, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1;
thence N87056'59" W along the south line of said Lot 1,
a distance of 620.25 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing along said south line, N87 56159 11W
326.26 feet; thence N02000152 11E, 334.40 feet; thence
S87056'59 "E, 326.26 feet; thence S02000'52 "W, 334.00
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.505 acres,
more or less from "R -2" single family to "MF -18" multi-
family. (800 Napa Valley Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
