ORDINANCE NO. 16,001 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3783 -B - Described as all that part of the SE 1/4, NE
1/4, Section 18, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 18, thence N87009152 11W along the south line
thereof, 300.08 feet to a 2" diameter pipe and point of
beginning; thence continue N87009152 "W along the south
line of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4, 794.27 feet to a rebar in
the easterly line of an access easement; thence
N38043113 "W along said access easement, 56.20 feet to a
rebar; thence NO3o25110 11E along said access easement
32.30 feet to a rebar; thence N86035146 11W along said
access easement 20.07 feet to a rebar and the east
right -of -way line of Bankhead Drive; thence N03014110 "E
along said Bankhead Drive, 94.47 feet to a rebar and
the south right -of -way line of I -440; thence
N71022130 11E along said interstate, 240.15 feet to a
rebar; thence N83017125 11E along said interstate, 626.94
feet to a rebar; thence leaving said interstate
SO1025137 11W, 360.95 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 5.4631 acres of land, more or less, from "R-
2" single family to "C -3" general commercial. (I -440
and Bankhead Drive)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
