AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS RECEIVED BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FROM THE USE TAX TRUST
FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has received $509,300 in
remittiturs from the trust fund established in connection with the
City of Jacksonville, et al. vs. Donald Venhaus, et al.; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors expressed its intent for the
expenditure of these monies in Resolution No. 8,317, and an
ordinance is now required to appropriate the monies received.
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT, ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the City's
General Fund the monies received from the use tax trust fund for
the following purposes and accounts:
Radio Communication Network
(Account 210- 214 -0136) $ 381,975
Third Street Bridge Design and
Repairs (Account 210 - 220 -0181) 30,558
Housing Demolition Fund
(Account 210- 220 -8503) 96,767
$ 509,300
