AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4635 -B - Described as a part of the fractional
NW4 of the NE4 of Section 3, Township 1 South,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the fractional NW;
of the NE; of said Section 3; thence S00 044140 11E
along the West Line of said fractional NW; of the
NE4 a distance of 30.00 feet to a point on the
South right -of -way line of West Baseline Road;
thence East along said South right -of -way line of
West Baseline Road 30.00 feet to a point on the
East right -of -way line of Childers Road, said
point being the true point of beginning; thence
continuing along said South right -of -way line of
West Baseline Road, East a distance of 820.50
feet; thence leaving said South right -of -way line
of West Baseline Road, South a distance of 680.63
feet to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line
of Interstate Route No. 30; thence along said
Northerly right -of -way line of Interstate Route
No. 30 S64 013107 11W a distance of 895.76 feet to a
point on the East right -of -way line of Childers
Road; thence leaving said Northerly right -of -way
of Interstate Route No. 30 and along said East
right -of -way line of Childers Road, N00 044140 11W a
distance of 1070.32 feet to the true point of
beginning, containing 16.3811 acres or 713,560.72
square feet more or less and subject to all
easements and covenants of record or fact from
R -2, C -3, C -4 and I -2 to C -3 General Commercial.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
