AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3572 -A - Described as part of the SW; of the
SE; of Section 18, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW; of
the SE; of Section 18; thence S000071W along the
East line of said NW4 of the SE;, 1316.45 feet;
thence S43 030126 11W, 204.8 feet to the point of
beginning; thence S50 117138 "E, 62.90 feet to a
point on the Northwesterly right -of -way line of
Alexander - Mabelvale Road; thence in a
Southwesterly direction along the right -of -way
line of said Alexander - Mabelvale Road the
following courses: S39 044132 11W, 436.27 feet;
S51 003127 11W, 82.97 feet; S81 009107 11W, 54.60 feet;
N61 °24138 "W, 47.4 feet to a point on the East
right -of -way line of Walnut Street, Alexander,
Arkansas; thence N43 017141 11E along the North of
the present city limits line of the City of Little
Rock and the South line of the city limits of
Original Town of Alexander, Arkansas, 568.69 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 0.9917 Acre
more or less from C -3 General Commercial to R -2
Single Family. (Alexander Road at the city
limits.)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
