AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 6,
SECTION 30 -279 -A OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A
WAIVER OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Article 6, Section 30 -279 -A of the
Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Boundary Street Improvement
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock for Mitchell
Elementary School as follows:
Subsection a. That Article 6, Section 30 -279 -A for
Waiver of Street Improvements on Roosevelt Road widening of
the street, if dedication of right -of -way is obtained.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
