AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN IN THE I -430 DISTRICT AND FOR OTHER
MATTERS

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes that the
currently adopted land use plan does not allow for the highest and
best use of land in the I -430 District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1: That the land use plan for I -430 District is
amended north of Hermitage from Bowman to Autumn from Mixed Office
and Commercial to Mixed Use.
SECTION 2: That the land use plan for the I -430 District is
amended south of Hermitage from Bowman to Autumn from Multifamily
to Mixed Use.
