16314DINANCE 16,314 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE OF LOT AREA, 15 FOOT BUILDING LINE, MINOR STREET STANDARD, REQUIREMENTS OF CHERRY CREEK PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 722 -D) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. 653 SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Cherry Creek Preliminary Plat (5- 722 -D) located at Bowman Road and Cherry Laurel Drive as follows: Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -232 be amended to provide for a reduction of 105 square feet in lot area for Lot 87 and that Chapter 31, Section 31 -256 be amended to provide for a reduction to 15 feet of the building line on Lot 90 and that Chapter 31, Section 31 -2 definitions be modified to permit the designation of Springridge Drive as a minor residential street. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
