AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4297 -B - Described as part of the East 1/2,
SW 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said
East 1/2, SW 1/4, Section 9, 604.16 feet,
S89 026152 "W of the Southeast corner thereof;
thence S89 026152 11W along the South line of said
East 1/2, SW 1/4, 670.0 feet to a point; thence
N1 °43'18 "W, 470.0 feet to a point; thence
S89 029'28 "W, 13.05 feet to a point on the West
line of said East 1/2, SW 1/4; thence N0030132 11W
along said West line, 505.0 feet to a point;
thence S63 002140 11E, 196.21 feet to a point; thence
S43 °40104 "E, 152.07 feet to a point; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
