AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, after review of the existing neighborhood condition,
proposed future use and likelihood of changes in use, it
has been determined that a large number of properties in
the Central High, Stephens and Oak Forest areas should
be reclassified to protect the integrity of the
neighborhoods, encourage reinvestment and address the
existing conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1: That the zone classification of the following
properties be and hereby changed as indicated:

full force from and after its passage and approval.
