AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
15,746 AND MODIFYING SECTION TWO OF
SAID ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section two (2) of Ordinance No. 15,746 be
amended as follows:
SECTION 2. That the office development located at 1925 Napa
Valley shall be restricted to one building and have a height
limit of two story with a maximum of thirty (30) feet.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
