AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR
A VARIANCE OF LOT DEPTH, STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AND SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS
FOR WOLFE CREEK SUBDIVISION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Wolfe
Creek Subdivision Preliminary (S -950) located on Shobe Road off
I -30 (Saline County) as follows:

Subsection a. That the provisions of Section 31- 232(B.H) be
amended to provide for a reduction in the minimum lot depth for
all 12 lots.
Subsection b. That the provisions of Section 31 -397 be
amended to allow for a waiver from the requirements for street
improvements.
Subsection c. That the provisions of Section 31 -402 be
amended to allow for no construction of sidewalks.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
