DINANCE NO. 16,273 •
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PCD"
DISTRICT TITLED "HORTON PCD" (Z-5135 -B)
AT 12,412 SARDIS ROAD, IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 Single Family District to
Planned Commercial District (PCD).
A parcel of land in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 15,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 15, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning 150.0 feet North of the SE corner of
said NE 1/4 of NW 1/4; run thence S88 °37'W for
473.7 feet; thence North 303.0 feet; thence N880371E
for 473.7 feet to a point in the centerline of
Sardis Road; thence South along said centerline for
302.8 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
3.29 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for "Horton PCD" (Short -form PCD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Article VII, Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
