ORDINANCE NO. 16,270
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AND WAIVING THE DEDICATION
REQUIREMENT FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF -WAY,
AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5590 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, thence N890431W along
the North line of Section 33 a distance of 683.9
feet to the point of beginning, thence S000221W a
distance of 208.7 feet; thence N89 °431W a distance
of 95.0 feet; thence N000221E a distance of 208.7
feet; thence S890431E a distance of 95.0 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 0.455 acres
more or less, less and except the North 40.0 feet
thereof for R/W of Hinson Road from R -2 Single
Family to 0-3 General Office. (11,805 Hinson
Road)
SECTION 2. That the provisions of Section 36 -85(d) be
amended to allow for a waiver of the dedication requirement
for additional right -of -way (5 feet) for Hinson Road.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
