AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE
OF LOT DEPTH, RADIAL LOT LINES AND
BUILDING LINE REQUIREMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for
Pennwyck Subdivision Preliminary (5 -947) as follows:
Subsection a. That the provisions of Section 31- 232.(a)
be amended to provide for a reduction in minimum lot depth for
Lots 8, 17, 18, 21 and 22 and that the provisions of Section
31- 232.(e) be modified to permit a variance from the radial lot
line provisions for Lot 8 and that the provisions of Section
31 -256 be modified to permit a reduction of the front and rear
25 foot setback lines to 20 feet on both Lots 18 and 21.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
