ORDINANCE NO. 16,245
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5572 - Described as part of Tract 22,
Leigh - Butler Acres to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying Northwest of
the Centerline of 18" and 20" gas line, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the point of intersection of the North line of
Tract 22, Leigh - Butler Acres, with the common
centerline between an 18" and 20" gas line, run
S38 058130 11W 322.97 feet to a point on the East
Right -of -Way line of Lancaster Road; thence run
N00 °E, 198.59 feet along said East Right -of -Way to
a point; thence NO3 004100 11E, 54.55 feet along said
East Right -of -Way to a point on the North line of
Tract 22; thence run S89015120 11E, 200.23 feet
along the said North line of Tract 22, to the
point of beginning from 0-3 General office to C -3
General Commercial. (6521 Lancaster)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
