AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE OF PAVEMENT WIDTH AND
RIGHT -OF -WAY WIDTH REQUIREMENTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Ryburn
Addition as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a reduction in the pavement width from
36 feet to 27 feet for a distance of 200 feet plus or minus and
that Section 31 -282 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to
provide for a variance of a street right -of -way width from the
required 60 feet to 50 feet.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
