AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A VARIANCE OF LENGTH OF
CUL -DE -SAC, HORIZONTAL STREET RADIUS,
15 FOOT BUILDING LINE REQUIREMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for
Sandpiper West Subdivision, Block 7 as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter that the provisions of Section
31 -202 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for an
1,100 foot cul -de -sac length and that the provisions of Section
31 -204 be amended to provide for a 75 foot horizontal street
centerline radius and that Section 31 -256 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a reduction in the platted
building line for Lot 25 to 15 feet.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
