ORDINANCE NO. 16,216
AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS
NECESSARY FOR THE OPERATION OF
NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT CENTERS;
AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHF.RF.AS, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Ordinance No. 16,180
(February 18, 1992), (°LRO") the City of Little Rock established
certain neighborhood alert centers within the City; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to provide operating funds for
these alert centers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated from
the general fund balance to organization 1540 for operating
costs for the Little Rock Alert Centers.
SECTION 2. To the extent that this transfer amends the 1992
budget ordinance for the City of Little Rock -- LRO 16,137
(December 17, 1991) -- this ordinance shall serve as such
amendment.
SECTION 3. All laws and parts of laws inconsistent with
this provision are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
