AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5556 - Described as the Southeast Quarter
(SE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); the West Half (W 1/2)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4); the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4)
of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4); and Part of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 /4) described as
follows: Beginning at a point 321.5 feet East of
the Northwest corner of the East Half (E 1 /2) of
the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4), thence South 475 3/4 feet,
thence West 321.5 feet to the West line of the
East Half (E 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW
1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), thence
South to the Southwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), thence East to
the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE
1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), thence North to the
Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), thence West on
the North line of Section 31 to the point of
beginning. All of the above described lands being
in Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 13 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing 46.5 acres
more or less from R -2 Single - Family to AF
Agriculture and Forestry. (Crystal Valley and
Colonel Carl Miller Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take ffect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
