Manager is authorized to increase this contract award to pay for
such remediation in accordance with the unit prices bid by RMI,
Inc.
(b) It is not uncommon for ADPCE to make demands for
additional site remediation for projects such as that covered by
this ordinance. Although the City has made its best efforts to
determine that actual scope of this project, it is possible that
additional work will be required. Such additional work must be
done at the time that the current contract is being performed and,
therefore, it is impractical and unfeasible to bid such additional
work. This Section, therefore serves as a waiver of the need for
competitive bidding for such additional remediation work demanded
by ADPCE.
SECTION 3: All provisions of LRO 16,137 inconsistent with
this provision are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency; all other provisions of the ordinance as amended,
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4: Funding is available for his project in Account
No. 210- 214 - 0215 -6081.
