v BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
Q) amended to provide for a variance of certain requirements within
the subdivision design standards of the City of Little Rock for
Chenal Valley Subdivision as follows:
Subsection a. That the building setback provisions
aci of Section 31 -256 be varied to permit 20 feet rear
u yard setbacks and that the street centerline radius
i provisions of Section 31 -204 be varied to permit
D less than the required radius.

r SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
co days from and after its passage.
