AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED CROCKETT AUTO SALVAGE
(Z- 5513 -B) IN THE EXTRATERRITORIAL
PLANNING BOUNDARY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
A parcel of land in Extraterritorial Area 2, Little Rock,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located on Colonel Carl Miller Road in
West Pulaski County commencing at the North 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner
of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4 of said Section 31, thence West
650 feet; thence S 00 010' East 660.0 feet; thence East
650 feet; thence North 656.0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 9.84 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Crockett Auto Salvage (Short - form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
