AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.16,137 (THE
1992 BUDGET ORDINANCE) APPROPRIATING FUNDS
FOR CERTAIN EXPENDITURES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas passed the
Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for 1992 on December 17, 1991; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to adjust appropriations made in Schedule I and
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 16,137.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Included in the Community Oriented Police Program in Organization
Number 5500 was $130,640 for the purchase of new vehicles (four patrol units, one five
passenger van, and two pick -up trucks). This $130,640 shall be transferred from
Organization Number 5500 to Organization Number 6020, Fleet Acquisition and Disposal.
SECTION 2. The third paragraph of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 16,137 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"There is hereby appropriated from the Fleet
Fund acquisition budget $2,903,150 for purchase
of vehicles required to meet the needs of the
City's departments."
SECTION 3. That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 16,137 shall remain in full
force and effect.
