AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5526 - Described as part of Block 13, Intercity
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas; more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Block 13,
Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas and a point on the South
Right -of -Way Line of West 34th Street; thence
S61 023125" East 237.55 feet along the said South
Right -of -Way Line of West 34th Street and the
North Line of said Block 13 to the Point of
Beginning; thence S37 017138" East 268.04 feet;
thence S65 044123" West 100.07 feet; thence
N13 025159" West 100.0 feet; thence S69 039131" West
75.0 feet; thence N28 053140" West 150.08 feet to a
point on the said South Right -of -Way Line of West
34th Street and the North Line of Block 13; thence
N61 023125" East 108.1 feet along the said South
Right -of -Way Line of West 34th Street and the
North Line of said Block 13 to the Point of
Beginning; containing 0.62 acres more or less from
11R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
