AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GEYER SPRINGS
EAST LAND USE PLAN IN AN AREA GENERALLY
SOUTH OF BASELINE BETWEEN LEW DRIVE AND
SUNSET LANE AND OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission believes the existing
land use plan is in need of updating; and,
WHEREAS, after review and public hearing, the Planning
Commission recommends amending the plan in an area south of
Baseline between Lew Drive and Sunset Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Geyer Springs East Land Use Plan is amended
from mixed density residential and public institutional to office
commercial along Baseline between Lew Drive and Sunset Lane.
SECTION 2. The Geyer Springs East Land Use Plan is amended
for multifamily, public institutional and single family to mixed
density residential between Lew Drive and Loetscher Lane south of
the office commercial.
