AN ORDINANCE VACATING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
IN LOT 32 OF BAPTIST MEDICAL CENTER CAMPUS AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas on the 2nd day of Nov. , 1993 , asking the Board of Directors to
vacate all that portion of the sanitary sewer easement designated on exhibit "A" of the Little
Rock Sanitary Committee Resolution No. 93 -07, being a part of the sanitary sewer easement,
now appearing of record in Book 1216, Page 3A'1 and in Plat Book D , Page 727 , in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board has, at the time and place
mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard on the question and has
ascertained that the easement, or portion thereof, hereinbefore described, has heretofore been
dedicated to the public use as a sanitary sewer easement herein described; that all the owners of
the property abutting upon the portion of the utility easement to be vacated have filed with the
Board their written consent to this action; and that public interest and welfare will not be
adversely affected by the vacating of the utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, releases, vacates and abandons all its
rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the sanitary sewer easement
designated as follows:
That portion of exclusive sanitary sewer easements in part of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 and part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3, T -1 -N, R-
13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown on a plat of Lot 32, Baptist Medical Center
Campus as recorded in Plat Book "D" at Page 727 of the Public Records of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 32, Baptist Medical Center Campus as recorded in
Plat Book "D" at Page 727 in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence South
890-52'-41" West along the North right -of -way line of Lile Avenue (60' R/W) 8.08 feet; thence
departing from said North right -of -way line North 540- 20' -28" West 89.46 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING FOR PARCEL 1; thence North 89°- 41' -18" West 113.47 feet; thence North
00°- 10' -43" West 7.93 feet; thence North 89"- 49' -07" East 49.90 feet; thence North 54 "- 20' -28"
West 33.37 feet; thence North 54"- 06' -30" West 28.26 feet; thence North 00"- 10' -43" West
37.12 feet; thence South 540- 06' -30" East 50.06 feet; thence South 54"- 20' -28" East 90.05 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING FOR PARCEL 1, containing 3,698 square feet or 0.085
acres more or less.

thence departing from said North right -of -way line North 00°- 10' -53" West 31.03 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING for PARCEL 2; thence continuing North 00"- 10' -53" West 101.66
feet; thence South 540- 14' -25" East 17.06 feet; thence South 00"- 10' -43" East 91.65 feet; thence
South 890- 49' -07" West 13.81 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for PARCEL 2, containing
1,335 square feet or 0.031 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed
in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shaft take effect and be in force from and after its passage
and approval.
