ORDINANCE NO. 16,549
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND
USE PLAN IN THE I -430 DISTRICT IN THE
BOWMAN ROAD AND CHENAL PARKWAY AREA TO
COMMERCIAL FROM MIXED OFFICE COMMERCIAL
AND MIXED USE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Staff recommends the plan be changed to more
accurately reflect the use pattern; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends a higher use
pattern.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The southwest and southeast corners of Bowman
and Chenal are changed to Commercial south to Hermitage Road,
from Mixed Office and Commercial.
SECTION 2. The northeast corner of the Bowman Road - Chenal
intersection and the northwest corner of the Autumn Road - Chenal
intersection is changed from Mixed Office and Commercial to
Commercial.

SECTION 3. The area south of Hermitage, halfway to Kanis is
changed from Mixed Use to Commercial.
SECTION 4. The area north of Kanis Road, halfway to
Hermitage Road, is changed from Mixed Use to Mixed Office
Commercial.
SECTION 5. The neighborhood Commercial at Bowman and Kanis
is changed to Mixed Office Commercial.
SECTION 6. The City's adopted Land use Plan is hereby
changed to reflect this amendment.
