AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ASSESSMENTS OF
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SITES PERFORMED BY THE LITTLE
ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Fire Department has received numerous requests
from various companies in the United States for information on possible chemical spills
at properties being sold in the city; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department and the Office of Management Support have
developed a system to report hazardous material spills and hazardous conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a charge of $50.00 is hereby established to provide reports on
hazardous materials site assessments performed by the Fire Department Fire Marshall's
office.
