ORDINANCE NO. 16,536
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16,509
FOR THE PURPOSE OF DELETING A CONDITION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. (2-5742)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,509 be amended to
delete the condition that restricts the signage to an office
sign.
SECTION 2. That the list of conditions shall be as
follows:
• The design of the structure reinforce the
residential character of the block.
• Close the (old) Wright Avenue right -of -way.
• The development be oriented towards Wright
Avenue.
• A "good neighbor" fence be installed.
• The parking area be designed so as not to
impact the adjacent residential lots.
• The site be heavily landscaped.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
