AN ORDINANCE NO.
o AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED OFFICE DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT TITLED MURPHY - HOLITIK SHORT -FORM POD
(Z- 5745), LOCATED AT 3200 AND 3210 S. BRYANT
STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to POD.
A parcel of land in Section 13, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Arkansas, and located at 3200 and 3210 S. Bryant Street,
being more particularly described as follows:
The South 62 feet of the East 40 feet of Lot 5, and the
South 62 feet of Lot 6, and the North 5 feet of the alley
located adjacent to Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Interurban
Heights Addition, save and except the West 5 inches of the
South 62 feet of the East 40 feet of Lot 5, and the West 5
inches of the North 5 feet of the alley located adjacent to
Lot 5; and,
The North 78 feet of Lot 6, and the North 78 feet of the
East 40 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Interurban Heights Addition,
save and except the West 5 inches of the North 78 feet of
the East 40 feet of Lot 5.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for MURPHY - HOLITIK SHORT -FORM POD is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
