AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT TITLED ABERNATHY- CDRTIS SHORT -FORM PCD
(Z- 5725), LOCATED AT 112 W. 13TH. STREET & 1223 S.
LOUISIANA STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from HR to PCD.
A parcel of land in Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Arkansas, and located at 112 W. 13th. Street & 1223 S.
Louisiana Street, being more particularly described as
follows:
South 10 feet of East 40 feet of North 1/2 of Lot 5; and
South 1/2 of Lot 5; and all of Lot 61 Block 67, Original
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Abernathy- Curtis Short -form PCD is conditioned
upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(4) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
