ORDINANCE NO. 16,528 -A
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4098 -B - Described as the South 300 feet of the
East 3.43 acres of the East 11.43 acres of the SW
1/4, Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas from I -1 Industrial Park to R -2 Single
Family. (10,400 Alexander Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
