AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
16,495, WHICH VACATED AND CLOSED
STREETS IN BLOCK 18 OF NEIMEYER
GROVE ADDITION, TO CORRECT THE
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION TO INCLUDE THE
ALLEY IN BLOCK 18, NEIMEYER GROVE
ADDITION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on September 21, 1993, the Little Rock Board of
Directors passed Little Rock Ordinance No. 16,495; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance vacated and closed portions of
Rodgers Street, Henderson Street, Wilson Street and Anglin
Street abutting Block 18 of Neimeyer Grove Addition to the City
of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the right -of -way
abandoned by said Ordinance erroneously excluded a 20 foot alley
lying between Wilson Street and Rodgers Street, although said
alley was included in the legal description of the Petition for
Street Closure and in the Public Notice published by the City;
and
WHEREAS, said alley should be included in the right -of -way
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Little Rock Ordinance No. 16,495 (September 21,
1993) is hereby amended to substitute the following legal
description in Section 1 of said Ordinance, as follows:
All that part of Rodgers Street, Henderson
Street, Wilson Street, and Anglin Street
abutting Block 18 of Neimeyer Grove
Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
Sheet No. 100, and Lots 213, 214, 215,
216, 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 229,
230, 231, 232 and 233, and a 20, Alley
lying between Wilson Street and Rodgers
Street, all in St. Charles Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Little Rock Ordinance
No. 16,495 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
