ORDINANCE NO. 16,525
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND
USE PLAN IN THE CENTRAL CITY PLANNING
DISTRICT AT THE CHESTER, 17TH /WRIGHT
AVENUE INTERSECTION TO MIXED USE FROM
SINGLE FAMILY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Planning staff after a review of the existing and
likely future development patterns recommends the plan be
modified; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the new use
pattern as more appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1: The northwest and northeast corners of the
Chester and 17th /Wright Avenue Intersection is changed from
Single Family to Mixed Use.
SECTION 2: The southeast and southwest corners of the
Chester. /Wright Avenue Intersection is changed from Single Family
to Mixed Use.
SECTION 3: The City's adopted Land Use Plan is hereby
changed to reflect this amendment.
