AN ORDINANCE ANENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION AND STREET AND
SIDEWALK I14PROVEMEMS ALONG THE STAGECOACH
ROAD FRONTAGE AND A WAIVER OF THE STREET
AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE SUSIE
LANE FRONTAGE OF BURCH AND RAILEY ADDITION
(5 -985).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock
for BDRCH AND BAILEY ADDITION (5 -985) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -209, of the
Code of Ordinances be amended to waive the right -of -way
dedication and street and sidewalk improvements along
the Stagecoach Road frontage and a waiver of the street
and sidewalk improvements along the Susie Lane frontage
of BDRCH AND RAILEY ADDITION.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect immediately
upon and after its passage.
