AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5724 - Described as the West part of (Tract
59), West Highland Subdivision, Section 4, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas. More
particularly described as: Commence at the NW
corner of Tract 59; thence South 318.0 feet to
the SW corner of Tract 59; thence East 30.0
feet along the North right -of -way line Kanis
Road; thence N78OE66.0 feet along North right -
of-way Kanis Road; thence N1048IW304.31 feet;
thence West 85.0 feet to the point of beginning
from R -2 Single Family to 0-3 General Office.

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
