� 5 WHEREAS, parties claiming to be a majority in value or more
N 6 in assessed value of real property located within the territory

00 7 hereinafter described have filed petitions praying that an
�( 8 improvement district be established for the purposes hereinafter
9 set out, and
A 10 WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the Board of

W11 Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the
612 parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
13 petitions were signed by a majority or more in assessed value of
14 the owners of real property (and a majority or more of the owners
15 of real property) within said territory, now, therefore,
16 BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
17 Little Rock, Arkansas:
18 Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
19 district embracing the following property in the City of Little
20 Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
21 Part of the NW4, SEh of Section 27, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
22 Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
23 particularly described as:

25 Commencing at the NE corner of the NW4, SEh; thence N
26 88 027100" W 66.00' to the point of beginning; thence
27 South 562.911; thence West 149.63'; thence South
28 157.861; thence N 88 027100" W 143.001; thence South
29 589.24'; thence West 300.001 ; thence North 1322.00';
30 thence S 88 027100" E 589.79' to the point of beginning,
31 containing 13.31 acres, more or less.
32 for the purpose of constructing within the District a water
33 system to serve the inhabitants of said district, and
34 constructing a water line beyond the boundaries of the said water
35 District, if necessary, to make the desired connection with the
36 water system of Little Rock, Arkansas; said purposes to

be accomplished in the manner and of the materials that the
commissioners of the District shall deem to be in the best
interest of the District, and the cost thereof to be assessed
upon the real property above described according to the benefits
received.
Said District shall be known as "Lanehart Road Municipal
Water Improvement District No. 142 of Little Rock, Arkansas ";
and Tommy LeCroy, Ralph James, and Jim Burks, who are owners of
real property in said District, are hereby named commissioners
and shall compose the Board of Improvement of the District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
