ORDINANCE NO. 16,473
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5708 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the SE corner of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4
said Section 31, and the SW corner of St.
Charles, an Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; thence N00 039'47 "E along the
East line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4 and along the
West line of said St. Charles Addition 290.59
feet to the point of beginning; thence
N88042130 11W 690.04 feet; thence N00039147 11E
325.02 feet; thence N88 042130 11W, 390.00 feet;
thence N34055'54 "E 834.73 feet to a point on
the North line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, and the
South line of Dairy Farm Addition, Pulaski
County, Arkansas; thence 588042130 11E along the
North line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4 and the South

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
