AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED MARK IV SHORT -FORM PCD
LOCATED AT 809 SOUTH BOWMAN ROAD (Z -5698)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 (Single
Family Residential) to PCD (Planned Commercial Development):
A parcel of land in Section 4, Township 1 -N,
Range 13 -W, located at 809 South Bowman Road,
being more particularly described as Lots 1, 2,
and 3 of the Mark IV Subdivision, being a replat
of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Thomas Subdivision to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as shown on
Plat and Bill of Assurance in Book 939, at Pages
297 through 299, dated October 29, 1965, of the
Pulaski County records, being a replat of
Lot 10, Montclair Subdivision.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Mark IV Short -form PCD (R -2 to PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
