AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5701 - Described as all that part of the East
1/2 SW 1/4 and the West 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 17,
T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at a cotton picker spindle at the SW
corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 17, run

for 212.0 feet; thence N01009130 11E for 20.0
feet to the SW corner of a tract deeded to the
Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee, being
also on the North line of the 50 feet right -of-

beginning of the described property; from the

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
