AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "POD" DISTRICT
TITLED "MISS SELMA'S SCHOOLS SHORT -FORM POD"
(Z -5684) LOCATED AT 7819 "T" STREET IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 (Single - family district)
R -4 (Two - family district), and 0-3 (General office district) to
Planned Office Development (POD).
A parcel of land in Bellevue Addition, Little Rock,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: Lots 1 thru 6, Block 18, Bellevue Addition,
and Lots 7 thru 10, Block 19, Bellevue Addition.

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classifications
contemplated for Miss Selma's Schools Short -form POD is
conditioned upon: 1) obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 343(d) of
the Code of Ordinances; 2) the execution of an agreement for an
"in- lieu -of" payment for the pro -rata share of costs for the re-
construction of Watt Street along the Watt Street frontage of
Miss Selma's Schools; 3) furnishing satisfactory documentation
to the City Attorney that the ownership of Lot 10, Block 19,
Bellevue Addition is vested with the applicant, or that a
contract of sale has been executed for the purchase of this
property; and 4. the approval by the City Board of Directors of
the right -of -way abandonment for that portion of "T" Street which
lies west of the east property lines of Lot 10, Block 19,
Bellevue Addition and Lot 3, Block 18, Bellevue Addition and of
the remaining portions of Glover Street which lie north and south
of "T" Street.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 -81 and
36 -82 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended

to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
