ORDINANCE NO. 16,446
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5681 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4,
Section 8; thence N890471W along the North line said
NE 1/4 NW 1/4 a distance of 50.0 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continue N890471W along said
North line of NE 1/4 NW 1/4 288.3 feet; thence
S060001W 134.95 feet; thence S680531E 326.5 feet to
a point that is 50 feet West of the East line of NE
1/4 NW 1/4; thence forth N000201W parallel to the
East line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 a distance of 252.5
feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.28
acres, more or less from R -2 Single Family to C -3
General Commercial. (Otter Creek Road and
Stagecoach Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
