ORDINANCE NO. 16,444
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3468 -A - Described as a tract of land being a
part of Lot 26, Triangle Properties Industrial
District, also being part of the NW 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the NW 1/4, SW
1/4, said Section 36; thence S87020119 "E along
the north line of said SW 114 for a distance of
40.00 feet to the east right -of -way line of
Chicot Road; thence 801 058103 "W along said
right -of -way line 961.67 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N89 034'22 "E, 213.76 feet;
thence N85055,37 "E, 308.82 feet; thence
555047'03 "W, 204.50 feet; thence 553018152 "W,
261.22 feet; thence S88040158 "W, 74.59 feet;
thence N61049'38 "W, 86.00 feet to the east
right -of -way line of Chicot Road; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
