AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN IN THE GEYER SPRINGS WEST DISTRICT
FROM INDUSTRIAL TO COMMERCIAL AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission recommends the
plan to changed the area; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning staff believes the proposal will
be appropriate for the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1: The land use plan in the Geyer Springs West
District is changed from Industrial to Commercial in an area
east of Chicot Road, between the creek and railroad tracks.
SECTION 2: The adopted map is amended as described
above and shown on the attached sketch.
