AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "POD"
DISTRICT TITLED "NOONER SHORT - FORM. "POD"
(2923 WEST 12TH) (Z -5676) IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -3 Single Family to POD
Planned Office District.
A parcel of land in Jones and worthen's Addition,
Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
All of Lot 6, Block 11, Jones and worthen's Addition
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved for a beauty shop and all permitted 0-1 uses.
SECTION 3. That the existing garage shall be removed no
later than twelve (12) months from the date of the final approval
of the plan and that four (4) off - street parking spaces shall be
provided in the rear yard area.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Nooner Short -form POD is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Article VII, Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
