AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4524 -C - Described as part of the NE 1/4,
Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying North of the North Right -of -Way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10, more
particularly described as: Starting at the Nw
corner of the West 1/2, NE 1/4, said Section
20; thence 588012'33 "E along the North line of
said West 1/2, NE 1/4, 636.5 feet; thence
S0 038'30 "W, 27.46 feet to a point on the South
line of the South Right -of -Way line of a 100
feet Arkansas Power and Light Company easement;
thence S64030129 11E along said South line,
1113.85 feet to a point on the East line of the
west 1/2, West 1/2, East 1/2, NE 1/4, said

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
