AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, after review of the existing neighborhood
condition, proposed future use and likelihood of changes in use,
it has been determined that a majority of the properties between
12th Street and I -630 and from Elm to Jonesboro should be.
reclassified to protect the integrity of the neighborhood,
encourage reinvestment and address the existing conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1: That the zone classification of the following
properties be and hereby are changed from R -4 Two Family to R -3
Single Family.
