ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5653 - Described as Block 18, Block 19 and that
part of Block 20 lying south and west of U.S.
Interstate 30, Pope's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas from HDR High Density Residential to
GB General Business. (East Capitol, East 4th,
Commerce and i -30)

SECTION 2. That further responsibility of site plan review,
types of construction, landscaping and all things that go into
the development shall be passed to the staff for review and
concurrence prior to the Board of Directors' hearing on the
rezoning.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
